XENON EXTREME, this person's business is located at two different addresses, one is operating from inside his apartment residence here: 7337 Woodley Ave, Apt 4 Van Nuys, CA 91406-3400 and sells online from a website: www.xenonextreme.com/, The other place which this business operates is located here behind it's same license number without the apartment address: 16000 Strathern St. Suite #C10 Van Nuys, CA 91406 , verify advertisement: http://www.xenonextreme.com/shipping.php?osCsid=ktxyigkcgb  . The person who owns this company, who's name is on the license is not the person who is actively operating this company. The son of the owner operates this company, claims to own it, claims to have his name on the business license and claims there isn't anyone named Johnathan Torres while Johnathan Toress is his name. He works full time as an employee though behind this license, there aren't any employees, the business doesn't even have an E.I.N. Number so it , buy law cannot hire any employees as it is not listed with the Board of Equalization (Seller's permit) to be an employer in the state of California. Therefore, this company is violating international laws by selling online and in a rented commercial business establishment offering an open door policy for customers to enter it for a full one on one consultation . Secondly, this company isn't bonded or insured for customers to enter it's company premisses. Third, this company offers installation without having a certified A.S.E. installer who must be certified in Electrical , with the State of California Automotive Service Excellence and must of had schooling to understand the basics in fundamentals of installing the products they sell to customers into their street cars , also the products they sell are street illegal to be installed in California, Nevada and some other states as they are H.I.D. Light bulbs and this company installs conversion kits which mean the car's OEM wasn't made to take the installation in the first place, making it illegal . The installer named: Johnathan Torres who is assuming a false identity behind the real licensed holder's name who is his father of age 50-54 is practicing illegal business practices by not only fraudulently using a false Identification to assume his father's different that his name, who hold's the actual business license but is also not a certified installer to legally be capable to install the products into automobiles for the manufacture he buys from. Plus, this person who is assuming false ID to conduct business behind his father's licensed name which is written on thus license dba Joel Enrique Torres XENON EXTREME 16000 Strathern St. Suite #C10 Van Nuys, CA 91406 but also this fraudulent individual (Johnathan Torres , son of Joel E. Torres 7337 Woodley Ave, Apt 4 Van Nuys, CA 91406-3400) isn't paying employee E.I.N. income taxes for his income he receives in his private installations backed with the use behind this business license which is listed with his father's name on it which he is assuming that is his name as he advertises that as his name verbally to all of his customers who visit his office to buy from him as a customer at XENON EXTREME 16000 Strathern St. Suite #C10 Van Nuys, CA 91406 and online he has claimed his name is: Joel Enrique Torres age 50-54 years old in emails to customers. The landlord at the address of: 16000 Strathern St  Van Nuys, CA 91406 where XENON EXTREME is renting a shipping container / self storage for an office space, rents the space our to Johnathan Torres who isn't even listed on the business license and isn't a business partner under Business and Professions Code 17918, isn't paying taxes, federal & state income taxes as an employee to the State of California, this landlord only knows this person (Real name behind his fraudulent Identity theft name: Johnathan Torres) Joel Enrique Torres, they call him JOEL, his customers call him JOEL and his real name is JOHNATHAN.
